Role & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the Housekeeping department, ensuring that all guest rooms and public areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and comfort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff
  • Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness
  • Train and counsel employees
  • Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Perform general office duties, such as maintaining records and preparing reports


Housekeeping Supervisors must have open availability and be able to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Minimum of 1-year experience in a hotel setting

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills

• Prior supervisory experience preferred
