Houseperson- Housekeeping

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Houseperson to join our team. The Housekeeping Houseperson will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness, organization, and overall efficiency of our hotel. This individual will be responsible for stripping guest rooms, maintaining supply closets, and collaborating with the housekeeping team to uphold our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong communicator, and capable of working both independently and as part of a cohesive team.

The hourly wage for this position is $17.50.

• Proven experience in housekeeping or related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to lift and carry moderate weight (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Must be comfortable making basic conversation with guests.
• Must be able to stand and/or walk for the duration of the shift.
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
