We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our clients team within the HR Analytics and workforce planning team. This resource will be helping our client solve complex problems through data-driven insights creating and utilizing tableau/workday and other data visualization tools. This person should have strong communication skills and the ability to tell stories clearly with HR stakeholders, business partners and over-arching HR team members. This person should be comfortable in heavy data conversion that are driving the business challenges forward and have the ability to translate these business challenges into easily digestible information.

Required Skills & Experience

5 years of experience within Data Analytics
Dashboard and data visualization creation utilizing Tableau/ PowerBI experience.
Workday Core HCM is a must + other workday modules highly preferred.
Experience fielding workforce requests for specific data needs
Strong ability to understand business requirements and translate into digestible data visualization.
Excellent communication and reliability is UTMOST importance
