Job Description

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR Department.
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources Leadership.
  • Order supplies when needed.
  • Process Employee Verifications.
  • Assist with SCR/SEL processing.
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires, transfers, civil service processing, data entry, and review of employment documents.
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc.; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior-level HR staff or management.
  • Collect and deliver mail to and from the mail room.
  • Control the flow of employees and visitors
  • Perform other duties as needed.


Minimum Qualifications
1. Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources Management, Public Relations, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline; or
2. High School Diploma or its educational equivalent and two (2) years of relevant experience in human resources, administration, labor relations, employee relations, learning and development, talent acquisition, customer service (providing information and resolving customer concerns), or a related administrative support function.
