HR Assistant Opportunity

Provo Canyon School, with locations in Springville and Provo UT, is a 24/7 secure behavioral health treatment center for adolescents aged 13 through 17. We coach, teach and mentor students who have psychiatric disorders. Full Time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Non-Exempt hourly w/full benefits package

Salary Scale: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour dependent on education and work experience

Your position objectives include:

Assist the Human Resource Director with all projects and assignments as needed
Prepare and coordinate with new hires to complete required paperwork and f ile all paperwork in appropriate files
Assist in the maintenance of all personnel files for current and terminated employees
Prepare 90-day and initial competency evaluations and coordinate the necessary documentation with each department head
Verify all professional licenses, and maintain a licensure tracking system\
Coordinate new hire orientation including classroom setup, instructor schedules, documentation, media
