We are growing and so is our global HR team! We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join our site in Melbourne ,Florida.

In this role, you will impact every part of the employee lifecycle in several departments, including our US production site. You will also work collaboratively with the global HR team to drive key initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Providing advice, guidance, and coaching to managers and employees on all aspects of HR.
  • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding.
  • Design and deliver targeted solutions including recruitment process, org design, performance management, talent management, recognition, Compensation & Benefits, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging, change management, and team building to support the team's growth and individual development plans.
  • Maintain and update HR systems and records.
  • Partner with the global HR functions as to workforce planning, recruiting, employee engagement, training, and development needs and ensure cultural alignment.
  • Analyze HR data and drive conclusions to enable more effective evidence-based decisions on improving workforce well-being and organizational performance.
  • Partners with the Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers on the recruitment and selection of candidates; advises leaders on capabilities gaps and opportunities as well as advises on how to optimize the team through the selection of the right candidate.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a high-growth industry organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR best practices and employment laws
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, coaching, and counseling skills
  • Self-starter, "can do" approach
  • Talent acquisition experience - an advantage
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
