Position Summary:
The Manager, People Services, provides support across market-based recruitment strategies, employee retention, culture initiatives, leadership and employee development and navigating employee performance and compensation conversations in alignment with adherence to policies and procedures.
The primary focus of this position is employee/leadership development and employee relations and other education related functions. Serves as internal resource and expert in OD strategies, education, mentoring, and coaching for the organization. Responsible for CHS leadership development function and aligns initiatives directly with the CHS strategic plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in role with education and/or training focus
• Computer skills and proficiency with pc/network applications.
