Work You'll Do

Our HR Cloud Operate offering is focused on helping our clients drive the value out of their cloud HR technology investments. We understand that organizations are balancing the need to provide effective and efficient operations with the desire to move their strategic imperatives forward. By assisting with functional and technical operate services, we partner with our clients and provide capability and capacity.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their process and operational needs and provide the most effective Deloitte solution for each clients' situation.
  • Provide leading practice knowledge of business processes, including Payroll, to enable our clients to streamline operations
  • Engage in proactive suggestions for process optimization and apply creative thinking to solving problems.
  • Engage with Deloitte's Human Capital as a Service offerings and understand our key messages to bring additional value to clients.
  • Lead teams to design and define the scope resulting in efficient and effective pricing and resource planning.
  • Lead HR Cloud operate sales pursuits by understanding client requirements and bringing together the right team to create a response that is aligned with client needs and conforms to Deloitte standards
  • Collaborate with Deloitte leaders to drive the growth of our HR Cloud Operate offering.
  • Share your knowledge of Payroll as you lead your teams through the sales and solutioning process to formulate the best plan to drive client goals forward post implementation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Human Resources, Human Resources Information Management or other Human Resources related degrees.
  • 8+ years of experience working in delivering and managing business process outsourced services primarily in Payroll related services
  • 6+ years of experience leading project teams, including managing workstream leads to drive their work towards project deadlines and deliverables that are on target and beyond client expectations
  • 6+ years of managing project financials, including monitoring for project issues, and taking appropriate action to ensure an exceptional project completion for the client
  • 6+ years of mentoring and sharing knowledge with colleagues, to continue to grow and develop your colleagues within the practice
  • 4+ years of involvement in the sales process
  • Ability to travel 10% - 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
Preferred:
  • Superior communications skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong command of Microsoft Office Products such as PowerPoint, Visio, and Excel

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,725 to $322,875.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
