Insight global is seeking a HR Generalist that will act as the primary point of contact for more than 375 staff members within a manufacturing facility. This individual will be responsible for offering expertise in various Human Resources domains such as HR transactions, resolution of Employee Relations issues, systems and processes, benefits, recruitment, and leaves of absence. The HR Generalist has the duty to keep up to date with all federal, state, and local laws, guidelines, and regulations. This position will lend support to the Assistant Human Resources Manager and the leadership team.

Required Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's or master's degree in HR Management with relevant HR experience, OR at least 5 years of experience in the HR field.

* HRIS System experience HUGE PLUS if ADP Vantage.

* Previous experience in production or manufacturing environments with large employee populations is preferred.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* PHR or SHRM-CP certification

* Prior recruitment knowledge within Manufacturing
