Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Planning and managing recruitment efforts, including sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and negotiating job offers.
• Coordinating and conducting new hire orientation and training programs to ensure successful onboarding and integration of new employees.
• Administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and vacation time.
• Developing and managing performance management processes, including setting goals, conducting performance appraisals, and providing feedback to employees.
• Handling employee relations issues such as grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.
• Managing compensation and salary structures, including analyzing salary data and making recommendations for salary increases and bonuses.
• Maintaining and updating HR records and databases, including employee information, payroll records, and benefits enrollment.
• Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including employment law, performance management, and employee relations.
• Participating in strategic planning initiatives and contributing to the development of HR policies and programs that support the organization's goals and objectives.
• Staying up-to-date on developments in HR practices and employment laws, and recommending changes to policies and procedures as necessary.
• Managing HR budgets and ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures.
