We are looking for a Talent Operations Liaison who understands the function of HR Operations, is quality-focused, and has an attention to detail to join our Reward and Talent Operations team based in our Atlanta, GA office.

About the role

The Talent Operations Liaison will be responsible for the implementation of business decisions, changes, updates & policies ensuring the Talent Partners can focus on supporting our leaders & teams. The role will mainly focus on driving the processes related to the organization structure & employee lifecycle ensuring consistency. The liaison will ensure that all aspects of the changes are implemented correctly and on time resulting in excellent data quality. Successful candidates will work with a sense of urgency and a high level of attention to detail.

Who you'll work with

You will obtain and communicate accurate information with stakeholders (Managers, Talent Partners, Talent & Reward Operations, Talent Acquisition) regarding Talent issues.

What you'll do
  • Support Talent Partners during reorganizations by collecting information and implementing changes in TalentShare.
  • Ensure accurate position data in SAP SuccessFactors and keep the Talent & Reward Operations team informed about changes in organizational structures.
  • Gather accurate information from stakeholders (Managers, Talent Partners, etc.) for new role creation and backfill situations.
  • Collaborate with the recruiting team on job offers. Basing decisions on internal equity and market data.
  • Advise Talent Partners and Managers on Talent & Rewards policies.
  • Perform job level assessments, communicate level outcomes to Talent Partners and Managers Manage documentation of analysis and decision.
  • Prepare exit packages and guide employees through the off-boarding process.
  • Oversee Immigration activities for work authorization and permanent residence process.
  • Develop, review and improve policies, ensuring local implementation of global policies.
  • Participate in salary surveys.
  • Data Quality & Process Improvement:
  • Continuously improve processes and engage stakeholders.
  • Assist Talent Partners with global processes (performance reviews, compensation, etc.).
  • Provide local reports with analysis and trends.
  • Support on local and global Talent initiatives as needed.


I nterested? For this role we're looking for the following education, experience and skills

Required:

Bachelor's degree required.

3+ years of professional Human Resources experience.

Strong experience using Microsoft Office - specifically Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, data validation, data manipulation).

Preferred:

• Experience working in a global, multi-cultural, matrixed organization preferred.

• Experience in biopharmaceutical or medical device industries also preferred.

• Good understanding of HR Operations function (HRIS, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Benefits Administration, Payroll).

• Strong knowledge of HR processes that encompass the entire employee lifecycle.

• Experience working with HR software, specifically SAP/SuccessFactors.

• Excellent communication skills: ability to adapt communication style to the audience (cultural awareness)
