The HR Operations Manager will use project management tools to scope, lead and ensure timely delivery of multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment with many partners, stakeholders, and competing priorities.

Required Skills & Experience

4 to 6 years of professional experience in project management preferably HR/ HRIS System implementations and/or upgrades.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex projects and tasks. Align resources to ensure priorities with multiple deadlines are met.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
Ability to do process mapping and pain point documentation.
Ability to exercise good judgment and focus on details.
