Position Information:
The HR Representative WakeMed Travel Staffing performs administrative duties related to the Talent and Acquisition and Employment functions within Human Resources. Responsible for accurate high volume data entry related to pre-employment activities and new hire processing into a variety of electronic systems including PeopleFluent applicant tracking and Lawson HRIS. Other duties may include coordinating temporary staffing requests license verifications processing department invoices applicant sourcing/social media searches and administrative assistance with applicant tracking and on-boarding systems. Excellent written and verbal communication exceptional organizational skills the ability to work independently on projects and outstanding customer service skills are required for success in this position.WakeMed Travel Staffing offers staff roles with flexibility and stability of a position in North Carolina?s Triangle region. Experience Requirements:
2 Years Administrative Required - In Healthcare - Multi-Hospital System With Applicant Tracking System And Human Resources Information Systems Preferred

Education Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Required - And Associate's Degree Or Bachelor's Degree Preferred
