This HR Solutions Specialist position serves as the technical expert on all HR systems. Collaborates with all levels of staff and other programmers on system development and modifications. Analyzes processes to identify and resolve workflow issues and program improvements. Serves as a project lead as appropriate providing functional direction and guidance.

Qualifications
Required Experience/Specialized Skills:

• Three years of experience in Human Resources or appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to form effective, collaborative partnerships.
• Excellent communication, presentation and coaching skills.
• Highly organized and detail oriented with the ability to quickly and effectively handle multiple priorities and assignments to meet deadlines while maintaining professional composure.
• Effective listener, with the ability to identify problems and creatively apply solutions.

Required Education/Course(s)/Training:

• Bachelor's degree.
• Healthcare experience.

Preferred Certification/Registration:

• Completion of an HR certification program or SHRM/PHR/SPHR/CCP certification.
