The primary focus of this position is to support the delivery of HR services and solutions to a client in the Richmond area. Support, triage, and resolve incidents and requests from employees related to HR systems and processes. Perform routine operational setups, transactional and system use support, analyze data and tasks dependencies for process improvement opportunities. Support Learning Management system set up, operations, and transactions including customer in-take request process and consultation. Perform audits, ensure data integrity, support mass-uploads, generate simple reports. Develop and maintain job aids, reference materials, process documentation, and training content. Ensure testing of system changes. Provide support for global HR team strategic/tactical initiatives and new solutions and implementations.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor degree in human resources or related field

Minimum 1-2yrs of systems or HR experience. Learning Management System experience and/or HR system experience is a plus.

Ability to learn HR and Learning Management processes, data and system design, structure, functions, and processes; good understanding of data/reporting tools.

Basic problem solving and tasks/data dependencies understanding skills; good analytical and root-cause identification skills

Good customer service skills, communication skills, and presentation skills in a group setting.

Collaborative team member and participant on initiatives and projects.

Exercises good judgement and actively practices confidentiality.

Attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to follow through on all tasks and projects, and ability to manage multiple priorities

Good Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Basic Teams skills
