Responsibilities

The HR Specialist - Licenses, Certifications, and Education administers associate data, position data, benefits data, and/or contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, data updates, and termination. This role also serves as a primary resource for Human Resources (HR) support and issue resolution. It provides analytical and technical support in the delivery of the benefit programs to associates, carriers, and third-party administrators.

  • Problem solves and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions.
  • Adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system.
  • Participate in data review, auditing and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures and system changes, as needed.
  • Collaborate with other cross-functional team members to resolve employee issues in a thorough and timely manner.

Requirements

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
