Chipton-Ross is seeking an HR Support Analyst for a hybrid contract opportunity in Littleton, CO.
This position is 100% onsite.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide administrative support to our Manufacturing & Transportation Technical Development Training team, which include reviewing data for quality; entering, updating, and correcting data in the Leaning Management System (LMS); other tasks related data management & quality tasks.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
o Experience using and understanding the standard concepts, practices, and procedures associated with a Learning Management System (LMS) and how the LMS supports the Learning & Development.
o Proficiency in processing data and implementing modifications to ensure data precision.
o Intermediate proficiency with Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs, tables, data functions, etc.)
o Experience working in a training organization, especially with training administration.
o Strong customer service experience and ability to deal with a wide variety of customer inquiries and requests, primarily associated with learning and training in a professional manner.
o Experience and ability to manage large volume with high degree of accuracy and timely completion.
o Ability to handle multiple tasks/actions by prioritize, manage disruptions and completing tasks in a timely manner; ability to assess appropriate urgency with tasks.
o Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
