The HRIS SucessFactors Analyst provides support & troubleshooting for the backend HRIS team. Helping employees with payroll, benefits, and system related inquiries and tickets. The issues may also concern (but are not limited too) direct deposits, missing pay, tax changes, wage garnishments, benefits, enrollments, system navigation, and password resets. This person will be responsible for resolve and completing level 1 and 2 issues/tickets. Oversee, manage, and maintain workflows, role-based permissions, business rules, etc. in Employee Central. Conduct data audits inside of SuccessFactors frequently to ensure accurate payroll, work with the payroll team on issues and system requirements needed for our weekly/biweekly payroll cycles.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of overall experience

3+ years of work with SAP SuccessFactors

This person will ideally have helped with the implementation and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors.

Must have performed payroll audits inside of SAP
Experience making sure workflows & business rules are properly set up and followed.
Firm understanding of the payroll, benefits, and performance & learning modules in SAP.
1+ years of experience troubleshooting in UKG Dimensions

Including but not limited to: direct deposits, missing pay, tax changes, wage garnishments, benefits, enrollments, system navigation, and password resets

Excellent written and verbal communication.
