Medline Industries, LP is the leading nationwide supplier of medical, surgical and pharmaceutical products to hospitals, nursing homes, HME providers, surgery centers, physician offices and home care/hospice settings. Due to continued growth, we are in need of a HRIS Kronos Analyst. The HRIS Kronos Analyst is responsible for the configuration, implementation, validations and support of the of the Advanced Scheduler modules of UKG Pro WFM (UKG Dimensions/Kronos) with the goal of providing excellent system reliability, performance, availability and overall system optimization. The incumbent will be responsible for working with the stake holders and leadership teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the continuous releases of the Pro WFM.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for facilitating the design and architecture of the UKG Pro WFM with a focus on advanced scheduler. Ensure compliance with established standards and best practices.
  • Manage and develop requirements and processes within the UKG Pro WFM based on input from the functional teams.
  • Provide technical insight to the project team by evaluating and proposing technical alternatives for resolving business and technology issues. Review proposed changes to identify opportunities for reuse and process improvement.
  • Responsible for working with project stake holders planning the validations, identifying defects and working with vendors for resolution during the implementations. Prepare the test result report as needed and give a walkthrough to project stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the System Integrator as well as other vendors that contribute to the overall HRIS application and infrastructure landscape, including managing escalations to management as appropriate.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.
  • Reviews feedback from stakeholders and implements solutions that work best for the team.
  • Identify GAPs in business requirements during early stages of the project.
  • Ensure there is proper documentation across the design that meets organization and audit guidelines.
  • Support the UKG WFM Pro application by overseeing the configuration moves through the environments, scheduling of reports, and contributing to the maintenance of the UKG Pro system to ensure business continuity.
  • Routinely review, plan, and apply the UKG WFM Pro upgrades and ensure the system is kept updated with optional changes.


Requirements

  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience configuring HR applications, UKG WFM Prod experience.
  • Proven ability to organize and plan the UKG implementation, development through deployment and the ongoing support model.
  • Detailed understanding & extensive experience in implementation of large-scale transformation projects in HR.
  • Familiarity with Software QA life cycle.
  • Excellent oral communication along with strong written skills to be able to convey messages that have the desired effect.
  • Ability to set expectations and deliver the development across the Kronos configuration team.
  • Good understanding of estimation methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to drive deadlines with the team.

  • The anticipated salary range for this position is $62,920-$107,120. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
