The HR/Payroll Functional Analyst provides support for the technical and business process needs of the HR and Payroll departments. Ensure data integrity and effective system utilization to meet the Company's organizational and operational needs. The analyst will utilize skill and experience to participate in HR and Payroll related projects and system upgrades. This role is required to be onsite 50% of the time in Springfield, Or or Medford, Or with light travel requirements.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of Functional Analyst experience
- 2+ years of SQL Query writing experience
- 2+years of UAT testing experience
- 2+ years of end user documentation writing experience
- 2+ years of HRIS experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- UKG Experience
- ADP or Paylocity experience
- Experience building timekeeping platforms
- Experience with NOVAtime platform
- Experience with Kronos platform
