The Opportunity

• As a Fulfillment Center Equipment Operator, you will be on the forefront of our operation directly helping her, our customer. Team members do multiple warehouse tasks to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, stowing, picking, packing, shipping, solving problems, cycle counting bins, or returning her order. Team members are required to operate equipment including elevated lift equipment
• Positions starting at 16.50
• 2nd shift differential of $2.00 per hour (when working 5pm through 4:59am)
• 1st shift (5am - 3:30pm) 2nd shift (4pm-2:30am)
• Reports directly to Area Manager

Your Impact

• While working on PIT equipment, you will work inside one of our high-tech fulfillment centers driving several types of forklifts to fulfill customer orders. You may be asked to help out in other areas of the facility to include arrivals or unloading, receiving, manual stowing, manual picking, packing, shipping, or returning her order

What You Bring

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Able to work a full shift and to work overtime
• Read and take verbal direction in English
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
• Stand/walk for up to 10 hours
• Push, pull, squat, bend, twist, grasp and reach up to 10 hours/day
• Willing to be trained on and operate a non-elevated forklift
• Be comfortable working on a secure mezzanine at a height of up to 40 feet
• Willing to be trained on the operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT) to include: walkie rider, stand-up forklift, stock picker or turret truck
• Use PIT equipment that may go to elevations of 60-80 feet while wearing a safety harness
• Perform to the established standards of safety, quality, productivity and attendance
• Demonstrated characteristics of reliability (attendance), teamwork, and
• Positively contribute to a professional, safe, and conflict-free work environment
• 3+ years of relevant work experience in a fulfillment center environment
