The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization's culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Work you'll do
- As part of a larger training team, support the development of targeting training materials to help end users adopt new technologies and solutions
- Liaise with government program managers and technical teams to develop training products and materials that support new applications and platforms
- Work with project team members to facilitate the timely flow of information in a highly technical IT environment
- Incorporate feedback from end-users to enhance future training activities
- Use MS Office and MS PowerPoint to create impactful and visually compelling graphics
- Create technical informational guides and training materials across multiple platforms
- Team with the communications team to develop, deliver, and evaluate training impact

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, HR, instructional design, or a related discipline
- 2 years' experience in corporate/ government training
- 2 years' experience creating visuals, slide decks, and other training materials
- 2 years' experience working with stakeholders
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required Public Trust clearance for this role
- Ability to travel onsite 50-75%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
- 2 years of professional experience in a public sector consulting firm
- Outstanding written and verbal communications skills
- 1+ years of experience with technology adoption and/ or technology modernization
- 1+ years of experience working within a DHS component or with Federal law enforcement
