Description

SAIC is seeking a Human Intelligence Analyst to provide SME level operational and planning support at II MEF at Camp Lejeune, NC.

Job Duties:
  • Coordinate with higher and adjacent level organizations for intelligence and HUMINT collection requirements.
  • Analyze information to identify trends, patterns and relationships which provide unique insights to address intelligence requirements.
  • Conduct research, create concept of operations within the Human Intelligence standards of practice, create intelligence assessments and provide intelligence briefings on request.
  • Collect, analyze, interpret, evaluate and integrate complex data from multiple sources to assess the relevance and significance of developments in assigned subject matter or geographic area(s).
  • Attend, participate and report on conferences and other events as directed.
  • Maintain contact with counterparts in other intelligence organization to keep abreast of current developments, resolve problems to eliminate duplication and provide free flow of information on matters of intelligence interest.
  • Identify intelligence gaps and recommend collection requirements to fill gaps.
  • Deliver subject matter expertise to support the development and documentation of new processes, procedures and technologies.
Qualifications

Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelors and five (5) years of experience; four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
Required Security Clearance:
  • Required active TS/SCI clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Required Skills:
  • Experience with the Marine Corps Planning Process (MCPP), Joint Planning Process (JPP) or similar military planning processes.
  • Decision Making Process, Rapid Response Planning Process, etc).
  • Experience in support of Service, COCOM or JS operations.
  • Ability to develop planning and briefing materials for General Officer level audiences.
  • Ability to learn software and programming systems.
