Minnesota

Position Title: Human Resource Manager II

Location: Eagan, MN

Anticipated Start Date: 06/17/2024.

Expected Duration:

Job Type: Contract

Pay Range: $45/hr. to $60/hr.

Please note that actual compensation may vary within this range due to factors such as location, experience, and job

responsibilities, and does not encompass additional non-standard compensation (e.g., benefits, paid time off, per diem,

etc.).

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Contract Human Resource manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, advanced financial acumen, and a proven track record of driving strategic decision-making through financial analysis.

What Will You Do?

Employee Relations:

* Ensure workplace concerns are addressed timely and resolved fairly in accordance with relevant laws, policies and procedures.

* Address and respond to concerns reported through the Ethics Line.

* Lead employment related investigations as assigned.

* Partner with Compliance & Integrity and Legal to ensure issues are handled prudently, while mitigating risk to the organization.

* Provide coaching to leaders on the Performance Improvement Process, offering support from start to finish. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on Performance Improvement Plans and ensuring appropriate follow-up.

* Establish common processes, practices, and tools to ensure consistency in how ER situations are addressed.

* Establish a process to track employee relations issues across the Enabling Functions to identify trends and training opportunities.

* Establish a regular reporting cadence to the Enabling Functions HRBP team on the status of issues.

* Make recommendations to improve leadership capabilities.

What Experience Is Required?

* A 4-year degree in Human Resources or similar along with any HR certifications is a plus

* 4+ years working in a larger company Human Resources with a focus on employee relations

o Handling workplace concerns

o Working relationship with compliance and legal - knowledge of work laws, also HRBP, Human Resources Business Partner

o Coaching on Performance Improvement Process (PIP)

o Similar type of employee relations issues

* Highly developed conflict resolutions skills and interpersonal skills.

* Partner with Compliance & Integrity and Legal to ensure Ethics Line issues are handled prudently, while mitigating risk to the organization. This includes partnering with Compliance on investigations when appropriate.

Must Haves:

4+ years of HRBP or related experience including 2+ years of direct experience in Employee Relations

Knowledge and practical application of employment laws.

Project management experience
