Long-established manufacturing plant in eastern TN has immediate opening for an HR Manager. This plant is part of an international corporation. The HR Manager will oversee the 4-person HR team. This plant needs an HR Manager who is comfortable on the production floor building rapport with hourly employees and working closely with department managers.

Areas of focus include employee training / development; staffing and recruiting; and performance management. It would be ideal for the HR Manager to be engaged with community activities.

Qualified candidates must have BS degree and at least 8 years experience in HR in a manufacturing environment. Must also have Management experience.
