Job Responsibilities
Duties would include:
- Posting and updating internal job postings
- Maintaining employee records, including vacation and sick leaves, and ensuring new hires provide required documents
- Preparing payroll-related documents, collecting time and attendance records, and assisting with payroll errors
- Updating databases and maintaining candidate data including scanning and updating the efile cabinet
- Answering employee questions and resolving issues
- Assisting in onboarding processes
- Assisting in training processes
- Assisting in orientations and data entry for the orientation
- Assisting in managing calendars, appointments, and work schedules
- Assisting in coordinating communication between departments
- Must know how to operate and maintain office equipment, such as printers and copying machines
Associate Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED
- Background Check
- Drug Test
- Must be at least 18 years old
