Human Resources Director (HR)

Capital City Gardens is looking for a Director of Human Resources to join our wonderful team! This position is a management position overseeing the day-to-day needs of the human resources aspects of a skilled nursing facility.

This position's duties include (but are not limited to), maintaining employee files, recruiting for all departments, onboarding, payroll, assistance with benefits enrollment, policy interpretation, and maintaining positive relationships with employees.

Requirements

• The candidate must have experience and knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding human resources operations.
• Experience as a Human Resouces Director required
• Processing payroll experience is required
