Job Summary:
The Human Resources Generalist is tasked with supporting a variety of HR functions within the company. This includes aiding in recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and ensuring HR compliance.

Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles.
- A solid grasp of HR best practices and employment legislation.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential information.

Responsibilities:

Assist the HR Functional Leader by providing HR support (e.g., serve as the initial contact for employee inquiries or issues).

Support the Employee Life Cycle:
  • Onboard corporate and professional/administrative employees (e.g., prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, register in Swipe Clock, complete I-9s and E-Verify, hire in ADP/UKG).
  • Onboard fulfillment associates/specialist employees (e.g., prepare offer letters, conduct background checks, register in Swipe Clock, complete I-9s and E-Verify, hire in ADP/UKG).
  • Oversee Worker Compensation, FMLA, and Leave Requests for the company.
  • Offboard all employees (e.g., remove employees from ADP/UKG, conduct exit interviews for non-managerial staff; coordinate exit interviews with the Sr HR Director for managers and above, retirement meetings and NA HR Manager for below managers level notify for system access deactivation, terminate employment).
  • Run centralized orientations and procure supplies for new hires.
  • Aid HRMs with Branch Temp Conversions.
  • Maintain employee files.

Engagement : Head the engagement committee for corporate events and collaborate with the Sr. HR Director to supervise Branch level activities.

Communication: Post updates on Corporate HR sponsored activities on InSite, oversee the LOVE Award, and manage Quarterly Milestone Awards.

Employee Survey: Monitor participation in the Employee Engagement survey.
