The Senior Workday HRIS Analyst plays an integral role in the support and maintenance of the HR systems for the Client including configuration, testing and rollout of HR tools.

This position further ensures system integrations and upgrades, improves processes and leverages the return on technological capabilities.

Accountabilities:

• Serves as a technical point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities.

• Assists in the development of process and data controls to ensure data quality/data integrity within HR systems.

• Collaborates with HR team members and other business stakeholders on the development of system requirements and testing plans.

• Creates reports to capture valuable workforce data and provide analysis of data.

• Develops and supports ad-hoc and scheduled reports.

• Leads continuous improvement of HR system functionality and processes, providing innovative suggestions and solutions.

• Maintains and understands user and role-based access controls, granting system security access in accordance with company policy and monitors as needed.

• Manages the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) by monitoring and configuring security roles, business process security policies and domain security policies for functional areas.

• Provides end-user support, including researching and resolving HR system related issues.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of HR system administration, including experience with multiple modules of Workday HCM such as Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management and Recruiting required.

• Extensive experience with Workday configurations and implementations required.

• Strong analytical approach in developing appropriate solutions.

• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.

• Ability to demonstrate functional knowledge of key HR business processes (recruiting, compensation, benefits, payroll and supporting operations).

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be a team player.

• Demonstrated ability to partner and build strong collaborative relationships with internal business partners and external vendors.

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to consult with all levels of the organization on areas of expertise.

• Experience administering Workday security and support.

• Associate's Degree in Human Resources, IT or business-related field or equivalent work experience.
