Your tasks

  • Support with onboarding process administration, initial data entry and changes, including terminations
  • Manage badge system and distribution, as well as activation, termination and tracking of physical badges and access.
  • Assist with Training Center activities and new developments; Maintain training matrix and training hours
  • Create internal communications and promote employee involvement.
  • Assist with uniform tracking and management system
  • Become familiar with the recruiting process and assist generalist in interviewing candidates


Your Profile

  • 2+ years of college courses in a human resources or business related program with a minimum 3.0 GPA
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Good communication skills
  • Planning and organization skills
  • Summer and fall semester availability preferred
