L3Harris' Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) Summer Internship is an opportunity designed to provide you with development and experiences to demonstrate your readiness for a full-time role in HRLDP. Successful interns may have the opportunity to join L3Harris full-time upon graduation as an HRLDP Associate or in a role outside of HRLDP.

Your internship experience will include:
  • Own high-impact projects, providing recommendations and plans for implementation.
  • Present on projects, learnings, and recommendations.
  • Pairing with a buddy to guide you through your onboarding and throughout the internship.
  • Internships may be in Melbourne, FL; Rochester, NY; Greenville, TX; Salt Lake City, UT; Camden, AR; Camden, NJ; Huntsville, AL; and Canoga Park, CA, among others. Assignments will be shared in early 2025.
  • HRLDP Internship is the primary entry point to joining HRLDP upon graduation. Interns that are selected for, and join, HRLDP would participate in three, 12-month rotations that cut across businesses, HR functional areas, and U.S. locations. (If offered a full-time position following an HRLDP Internship, the position may be outside of HRLDP.)


Qualifications:
  • Pursuing Master's or MBA with focus in HR management or related field, with anticipated graduation in Spring/Summer 2026.
  • Geographically mobile to work anywhere in the U.S. for the entirety of the program and the role immediately following program completion (relocation assistance provided for each required move).
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship now and in the future.
