The Human Resource Manager (HRM) facilitates the human resource processes at the agency level and serves as a resource for the Human Resource Coordinators in their region(s). The HRM is responsible for various administrative tasks that facilitiate the hiring process the hiring process, new employee orientation, annual evaluations and compentency training, and payroll. The HRM is an intergral part of maintaining compliance at the agency level with all federal, state, and local laws to ensure the quality and safe delivery of home health care services. The HRM supports the Agency's philosophy and standards of care, services, and activities.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • Training and experience in Human Resources and at least two (2) years of work experience in home healthcare preferred, related health program required
  • Ability to manage sensitive information and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • Demonstrated ability in or application of organization and excellent telephone/communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
  • Must be tech savy and knowledgable using Microsoft Suite products and other computer software.
