The ideal candidate for theHuman Resources Manager positionwill assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources Office, as well as the administration of the Human Resources policies, procedures, and programs. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, colleague relations, training and development, colleague feedback, workers compensation, payroll, and recruiting. This position will report to the Director of Human Resources. The Human Resources Manager will have the ability to oversee all Human Resources functions in the absence of Director of Human Resources.

Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Human Resources experience OR 3+ years hotel management experience
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and relationship builder
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to present and conduct needed trainings
  • Excellent computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment
  • Knowledge of HR systems such as Taleo, EIS, and UKG preferred
  • Due to the level of involvement with the day-to-day operations of the hotel, along with the responsibilities related to the Human Resources function, the ideal candidate for this position will have previous work experience in both hotel operations and human resources.
