As the HR Specialist, you will report directly to the HR Operations Manager and play a hands-on role in:

• End-to-end payroll processing
• Employee changes
• Job postings
• Onboarding
• Benefits administration
• Recordkeeping

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree and/or 2+ years of hands-on HR experience
• Preferred experience in a manufacturing plant or industrial equipment distributor
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS systems
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
