The HR Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for assuring the quality of a software before it is released to production by providing appropriate test strategy & performing appropriate test execution in a timely manner.

The Quality Assurance Analyst is also responsible for documenting test evidence and preparing the change that needs to be provided to the IT Change Control Board.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for developing and executing Quality Assurance plans and obtaining approval from project stakeholders.
  • Design and execute test cases.
  • Conduct UAT and get the UAT signoff.
  • Conduct defect triage calls with project team.
  • Provide test execution plan to the QA manager.
  • Work closely with HR and payroll professionals to gather test requirements.
  • Update test cases and perform test execution with proper documentation.
  • Prepare the test result report and give a walkthrough to project stakeholders.
  • Prepare the test strategy for HRIS major releases.
  • Work as a team to complete any unplanned request


Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in HR or IT related field
  • 3 plus years of hands-on experience as a QA. Workday experience a plus.
  • Proven positive results on large-sized projects
  • Familiarity with best practices in software QA and ability to champion best practices.
  • Excellent oral communication along with strong written skills to be able to convey messages that have the desired effect
  • Good understanding of estimation methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
  • Accepts ownership and welcomes responsibility
  • The ability to be resourceful and be an excellent problem solver that can meet deadlines
  • Experience with end to end testing- Testing Planning, Test Execution, UAT, and Regression
  • Throughough knowledge of and demonstrated skills in use of MS office

The anticipated salary range for this position is $61,360-$105,040 This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant's location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.
