Responsibilities encompass, but are not limited to:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Field Service to troubleshoot, repair, start-up and maintain HVAC units and systems.
  • Foster and sustain customer relationships through effective communication and service excellence.
  • Identify and propose sales opportunities.
  • Offer effective resolutions to customer issues.
  • Collaborate with Service Department supervisor and dispatcher to schedule and execute service repairs and maintenance.
  • Submit timely and accurate reports of all service work.
  • Be prepared to work extended hours during service emergencies and peak seasons.
  • Mentor and train apprentices and junior technicians to facilitate their professional development.


Requirements:
  • Possess a S2 or D2 license.
  • EPA certification Type Universal
  • Strong mechanical knowledge of HVAC systems to include but not limited to RTUS, split systems, boilers, furnaces, and heat pumps.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Must be a US citizen.
  • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Capable of adjusting to the physical requirements of commercial tasks, such as working in varying temperatures, lifting heavy loads, and working at heights on ladders and elevated surfaces.
