Hybrid- Business Reporting Analyst

Day to Day:
Insight Global is looking for a Business Reporting Analyst to join a Telecom Retailer in Plano, TX. The Reporting Analyst provides operational and analytical support to the T-Mobile Account Team. This includes various types of projects and data management for both business planning and financial activities (supply chain, demand planning, PO reconciliation, revenue projection, etc.). Additional responsibilities include interacting with cross-functional teams and preparing reports on data analysis and KPI for senior management and headquarters.

Looking more specifically for a business reporting analyst vs. data/system analyst. This role's main focus on sell-in/sell-out/inventory data collection/transformation/consolidation and management of daily/weekly reports in a fast-paced environment; these MS Access databases and MS Excel reports will be heavily referenced by the category planners who will handle the forecasting process. 90-95% of this roles responsibility is to follow the detailed step-by-step instructions in creating existing reports and validate data by checking data quality, encompassing accuracy, completeness, consistency, reliability, and timeliness; remaining 5-10% will be to support ad-hoc reporting asks or process improvement to streamline reporting efficiency.

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves:
* Bachelor's degree Required
*Minimum 3-5 years' experience in General Business, Sales Operations Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or related fields
* Proficient in Advanced MS Excel Skills and Data analytics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Plusses:

1. Master's Degree a strong plus

2. Experience with Carriers (Ex: AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon)
