Position: Lead Business Systems Analyst

Location: HYBRID 3 days in Office

Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL

Shift Times/Preferred Time Zone 8-5 M-F EST

Duration: Contract to hire

Candidate Technical and skills profile:

Key responsibilities:

*Lead by example, mentoring and coaching junior team members in BA best practices and Agile methodologies

*Take ownership of complex requirement analysis and documentation efforts ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical feasibility.

*Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, facilitating communication and fostering collaboration.

*Provide strategic input into project planning and decision-making processes, leveraging expertise to drive successful outcomes

*Oversee release management activities. Including coordinating release schedules and ensuring documentation accuracy.

*Experience and understand business intent of projects or requests and breaking them down into fine grain business scenarios or logical steps

-MVP Identification, Dependency Sequencing & Management

-Feature ID & Business Capability Segmentation

-Effort Scoping, Management and Negotiation

*Experience and ability to recognize technical capabilities within a business flow or process

*Ability to create system flows that capture the system to system interaction and the behavior of an existing capability

*Understanding of software delivery and methodologies:

-Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe

**Utilize ServiceNow for ticket tracking and release management, driving efficiency and effectiveness in issue reductions and releases.
