Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid- Lead Hadoop Developer in the Strongsville, OH and multiple client locations

Position: Lead Hadoop Developer

Position Location: 1st Preference - Strongsville/Cleveland/Columbus OH

2nd Preference - Remaining Hubs

Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, Alabama, Dallas, TX, Phoenix, AZ

Ability to work remote: Hybrid - 3 office / 2 remote

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Attend daily standups, spring planning, and sprint retrospective sessions and any ad hoc meetings.

2. Coding development and unit testing.

Must Have Technical Skills:

Top 5 are numbered according to how the manager re-prioritized them.

1. Hadoop Big Data Engineer with PySpark, HQL, Python skills.

3. Hadoop Platform utilities - Hive,Oozie, Yarn, Impala, HDFS, Hbase- Hue, Beeline

2. Python and Shell Programming (PySpark) - Python 2.7, 3.0

4. DSP (Data Streaming Platform) - Kafka Confluent

Model Implementation - PySpark

Data science based libraries (SciPy, Pandas etc) - Jupyterhub, Jupyter Notebooks, Anaconda

Deep Learning - Keras , tensorflow, Pytorch - Jupyterhub, Jupyter Notebooks, Anaconda

Time series Modelling - Jupyterhub, Jupyter Notebooks, Anaconda

Model Extraction - Data Robot

5. CA7 Mainframe

Familarity of the hadoop technology stack and utilities asscociated

Python used for all data enginnering tasks like ingest, etl and aggregation

Building consumer and producers apps to consume real time events

To manage kafka based dependent java libraries

Object oriented programming language for data processing

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

Bachelor's degree required. Certs not required, but please notate in Comments what certs a candidate possesses.

Soft Skills:

Attention to detail, team player, and self-starter.
