Responsibilities:
  • Office/Admin Duties:
    • Scheduling shifts and coordinating caregiver assignments.
    • Managing client care plans and updating patient records.
    • Answering phones, responding to inquiries, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Field Work:
    • Providing direct patient care during shifts that require coverage.
    • Assisting with activities of daily living and ensuring patient comfort and safety.
    • Following care plans and providing compassionate support to patients and their families.

Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare, caregiving, or administrative roles preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused approach to caregiving.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to patient locations as needed.

Training and Schedule:
  • Initial training will be provided Monday through Friday for the first 6 weeks.
  • After training, the schedule may vary based on office needs and patient care requirements.
