Indotronix is seeking a hybrid- Senior Hadoop Developer in Pittsburgh, PA, and multiple client tech hub locations

Position Title: Senior Hadoop Developer

Position Location: Technology Hubs - hybrid 2 days in office - 3 remote

Pittsburgh, PA, Birmingham, AL, Dallas, TX, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ

Duration: Contract to hire

Acceptable time zone(s): must be willing to work EST

OT: no - however, on call to work evenings and weekends. Should not expect more than 40 hours

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Project based work, upgrades, implementing new capabilities related to the ecosystem

2. Attend meetings and daily standups

3. Occasional presentations to senior management, strategy and roadmaps and solutions.

Must Have Technical Skills:

Hadoop ecosystem such as Sqoop, Spark, Hive, HDFS, Impala, Kafka, Linux

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred, experience required.

Years of experience:

Level 3 5-7 years
