Indotronix is seeking a hybrid-Business Systems Analyst in Pittsburgh (PA), Strongsville (OH), and Birmingham (AL) locations

Position: Business Systems Analyst

Position Location: Technology Hubs - hybrid 2 days in office - 3 remote

Pittsburgh (PA), Strongsville (OH), and Birmingham (AL)

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

Coordinate with stakeholders, requirements gathering and elicitation, release planning, potential running agile ceremonies in some capacity, project management

Must-Have Technical Skills:
Jira, Visio, PowerPoint, Confluence, Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, Proficiency in business process reengineering and optimization techniques, Familiarity with release management processes and tools

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:
service now, Dynatrace, postman

Soft Skills:
Communicates across stakeholders effectively; written and verbally, in chat, has empathy working with multiple team members, is comfortable working under pressure, has the ability to motivate and empower team members, has strategic thinking, and the capacity to align business objectives with technical solutions while considering long-term implications

Education Required:

Bachelor's degree required in a technical field or business with an emphasis in technology, any certifications related to agile or requirement elicitation, safe certifications - nice to have

Years of experience:

Level 2 3-5 years

Interview Process:
2 step ITV
1st round - 30 mins screening with HM
2nd round - 1 hr technical ITV panel with HM and BSA leads
