Indotronix is seeking a Hybrid-Senior Data Analyst in Pittsburgh(PA) and multiple client locations

Position: Senior Data Analyst

Position Location: Hybrid, tech hubs listed below 2 onsite, 3 remote

Ability to work remotely: Hybrid

Provide locations/flexible work by preference: Team members located at 1) Strongsville(OH)/Cleveland(OH), Pittsburgh(PA), Birmingham(AL)

2) Dallas(TX)

Duration: Contract to hire

Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Responsible for profiling data to refine business requirements according to the data that is available

2) Responsible for creating requirements, documents, and design documents including STM (source to target mapping)

3) Responsible for building and tuning SQL queries

Must-Have Technical Skills: (Top 3 In Order of Importance)

1)General knowledge of data applications, including data movement, database design, data controls, reconciliation, and logging.

2)Experience working with business partners in gathering and refining business requirements for data projects; experience working with ML models is a plus.

3)Experience creating project documentation including BRDs, STMs, and release planning.

4)Experience creating, troubleshooting, and tuning SQL queries for relational databases; oracle preferred.

5)Experience working in an agile work environment using scrum and/or Kanban methodologies.

6)Familiarity with modern database and information system technologies

7)Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

1) Automation background, automation of manual repeatable tasks

2) Data visualization and reporting

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, attention to detail, thorough analysis skills, making sure deliverables have a high quality, taking ownership.
