IAM Engineer

An employer sitting in Los Angeles County is looking to hire for a full time IAM Engineer. This person will have the option of commuting to San Dimas, CA or their Downtown LA office locations at least twice a month. He/She will be supporting the group's effort to implement two new IAM products. The IT organzation will require some meeting attendance in San Diego, CA. They will be working in an agile methodology and scrumban framework, engaging with an Engineering team, providing user stories and understanding what needs to be accomplished. They will be working with their peers to figure out how to build and make sure everything is following schedule. They'll need to build and understand business requirements, utilizing design thinking, understanding the end results. The user stories are application integrations with tool sets, rolling out passwordless identification, rule based provisioning and de-provisioning. This will be a full time position 40 hours a week paying between ($123,000 - 183,000). This will include a 15% bonus incentive plan with a Medical, Dental and Vision plans, Wellness, Pension, 401K, Education Reimbursement etc.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in related field
- 8 years of IT experience working with IT software, systems, infrastructure, including progressive programming experience
- 5+ years of experience in Identity Access Management,
- Identity Access Management integration, specific to Okta or Cyberark or other related IAM products (Salepoint, Microsoft, EnterID, Ping, Beyondtrust, etc.).
- Experience developing user stories and business requirements
- API experience, ability to develop API's

Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- IAM experience with AWS Cloud environment
