You will proactively work with the rest of the IAM team, CISO, Engineering, Infrastructure, Support, and other functional departments to design, implement and operate solutions to identify and secure our employee and customer systems access. You will coordinate closely with the Okta engineer on initiatives to support the cybersecurity and business team goals.

Responsibilities:

• Design, build and maintain tools/processes to effectively secure access and provisioning to our systems
• Work closely with the rest of the cybersecurity organization to help establish and ensure corporate guidelines and best practices are followed
• Able to build a solution to a problem, rather than buy, when appropriate
• Evaluate and recommend use of machine learning, AI, and data analytic services to improve the security of our products and environments
• Stay current on security industry trends and topics, and evangelize those concepts within the organization
• Proactively meet standards for information security and compliance, such as ISO27001, SOC2, FedRAMP, etc

Background & Experience:

• Experience with Sailpoint Identity Now
• Experience with Azure and on-prem ActiveDirectory
• Experience with Okta
• Ability to take requirements then design, build, test, and deploy solutions
• Thorough ability to document and operationalize process & procedure around solutions
• Strong interpersonal and teaming skills - this is an extremely collaborative environment

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical discipline, or equivalent experience/certifications
