IBS is the worldwide Department of Defense (DoD) standard network for transmitting tactical and strategic intelligence and targeting data to all levels of Joint Service operational users. Joint Service and Collaborating Nations IBS Customers require 24/7 access to report and resolve issues in a timely manner to mitigate impact to operations. We serve a vital role in supporting the IBS Joint Program through technical innovation and rapid development of solutions. We provide continuity in skills crucial to support military operations. MEG integrates the talents and skills of team members to form an IBS Enterprise Support Team to provide world class IBS Customer Service.

The IBS Team Lead will serve as the focal point and expert on IBS operational support embedded at the Global IBS Support Center (GIBSSC). This position will provide direct technical and system support on all user support matters. The team lead will coordinate across the Combatant Commands, service components, National / Tactical producers and Collaborating Nations to ensure active communications and information sharing of operational relevant support, issue tracking and resolution. This position will provide technical support to the sustainment and modernization of IBS CIB and Alternate Path to include the integration of capabilities into GIBSSC and user specific missions/systems. Analyze systems performance metrics and develop recommendations to improve efficiency and configure the enterprise to maximize capabilities and satisfy users requirements.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum Qualifications:

• Security Clearance: MUST have a minimum of TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph

• 8-10 years of relevant Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) experience, plus Bachelor's Degree. Education and experience may be substituted for each other.

• 8-10 years of intelligence and operations experience within the National producer community.

• Four (4) years supporting IBS inter-Service Interoperability; understand IBS architectures of other services and Five Eyes collaborating nations to enable leveraging of existing capabilities to support joint and coalition warfighters.

• Five (5) years supporting data dissemination architectures, i.e., UHF, Over-The-Air (OTA) Paths, SIPRNET/JWICS/NSANET/STONEGHOST Global Information Grid (GIG).

• Five (5) years supporting message processing capabilities of Tactical Data Processor (TDP) and C4ISR Automated Information Systems (AIS).

Desired Experience

• 12-15 years of relevant Integrated Broadcast Service (IBS) experience, plus Bachelor's Degree. Education and experience may be substituted for each other.

• 12-15 years of intelligence and operations experience within the National producer community.

• Six (6) years supporting IBS inter-Service Interoperability; understand IBS architectures of other services and Five Eyes collaborating nations to enable leveraging of existing capabilities to support joint and coalition warfighters.

• Eight (8) years supporting data dissemination architectures, i.e., UHF, Over-The-Air (OTA) Paths, SIPRNET/JWICS/NSANET/STONEGHOST Global Information Grid (GIG).

• Eight (8) years supporting message processing capabilities of Tactical Data Processor (TDP) and C4ISR Automated Information Systems (AIS).

• Experience in training and briefing, with an emphasis on explaining complex technical processes to senior leaders.

• Experience with Joint Service intelligence systems and mission support.
