Job Title: Identity Access Management Specialist

Location: Columbia, SC

Duration: 12 Months

Pay Range: $30 - $34/hr. on w2

Job Description:

Duties:
  • Responsible for managing user accounts and safeguarding system resources.
  • Provide administration support for enterprise system access, including setup, maintenance, and termination.
  • Resolve customer issues and ensure compliance with corporate information security policies.

Responsibilities Breakdown:
  • 30%: Create, modify, delete, and monitor system access for various applications and subsystems. Implement security requests and review security policies.
  • 30%: Collaborate with Information Systems teams to provide solutions for customers. Dispatch work to security points of contact and provide instruction and problem resolution.
  • 25%: Perform system access reviews to ensure compliance with security policies. Participate in project work such as documentation and process implementations.
  • 15%: Create and review data access reports to research service requests and ensure compliance with security policies.

Skills:
  • Working knowledge of IT security systems and LAN access control.
  • Familiarity with enterprise server applications and user administration.
  • Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly.
  • Knowledge of industry standards for corporate information security.

Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of IT technical experience in infrastructure and/or applications.

Required Technologies:
  • ADOM
  • Exchange
  • Knowledge of RACF

Preferred/Nice to Have Technologies:
  • SharePoint
  • Microsoft Power Automate
  • Access Databases

Typical Day:
  • Provision access to new hires and transfers using Security Access Templates.
  • Utilize ADOM and Exchange to manage user accounts and access permissions.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.

  • Engaged in various projects including Exchange, Security Access Templates, and onboarding new customers.
