Identity & Access Managementt Analyst - IM-Information Security

JOB SUMMARY:

The Identity & Access Management Analyst will assist with the development, implementation and daily support of Identity Access Management (IAM) practices, programs and procedures. This position will be responsible for the management and oversight of user account provisioning, modification, and termination across systems including but not limited to: EPIC, Outlook, ChartMaxx, Network folder permissions, Active Directory, Imprivata, Intelliguard, Zoom, telemedicine access, and ensuring all policies and procedure documentation are current. The IAM Analyst will be an active participant in initiatives designed to ensure team members (internal or external) identities are secured through integrated identity management systems and procedures within the organization's suite of applications and technologies. The IAM Analyst will also provide support and troubleshooting as part of the organization's incident management process. Working with the Epic Security Team, the Identity & Access Management Analyst will also be responsible for SER (Epic) provider records. Responsibilities include creating new provider records for medical staff, assisting in updating and the maintenance of the provider database, and coordinating with MedStaff and their credentialing department to appropriately update physician and department medical staff provider records.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

H.S. Diploma,GED,or Equivalent

3 Years of Experience

Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment

In-depth knowledge of the organization's access and security policies

Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, to work independently with a high degree of accountability and to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on rapport-building, listening and questioning skills

Excellent analytical skills - ability to break a problem into smaller parts to determine root cause & then determine best solution from competing alternatives

Identity & Access Management (IAM) experience in an enterprise environment; knowledge of security concepts as it relates to network, system and application

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree

5 Years of Experience

Knowledge of enterprise level provisioning software, preferably in a healthcare environment

Understanding of Role Based Access Control (RBAC), Active Directory Management and Microsoft Exchange

The current salary range for this position is $29.48 to $40.55

A candidate's placement in the range will be determined based on the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
