Identity Management Engineer III (Remote)

An employer in the Healthcare Software industry is looking for a Identity Management Engineer to join their team remotely in the United States.

This person will be joining a team of 5 other Engineers, supporting various Identity Management initiatives. They will be working heavily with Azure AD, CyberArk, Ping (One/Federate), MFA & Powershell.

The expectation for this candidate will be to ENGINEER solutions versus just administrating IAM systems. A foundation of infrastructure engineering will be very helpful in handling the tasks assigned to this individual.

General Responsibilities:

Develop, maintain, and optimize scripts (Powershell preferred) to automate IAM routine tasks via API or other remote capabilities across Azure, Active Directory, O365.

Manage and support IAM services within Azure/O365 and AWS cloud services.

Collaborate with IT security teams to implement and manage Cyberark Cloud secrets management solutions for privileged access management.

Support and continued maturity of IAM solutions, including identity lifecycle management, authentication, authorization, and federation services for platforms like Saviynt.

Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that align with company objectives.

Ensure compliance with security policies and practices, including the management of access controls and identity management systems.

Document technical processes, configurations, and procedures for internal knowledge sharing and compliance purposes.

Participate in the evaluation and integration of new technologies and tools to improve IT efficiency and security.

Target Compensation for this role is $112K-$120K + a 10% bonus.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of experience in IAM and/or Infrastructure Engineering

3+ years of experience with CyberArk

Exposure to Azure/Entra AD

Knowledge of SSO Solutions (PingOne, PingFederate, Azure SSO) and MFA solutions (Azure MFA)

Intermediate understanding of Infrastructure Support/Engineering

Powershell Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Scripting experience w/ Python, Groovy, etc.

Any Security related certifications
