Insight Global's healthcare client is seeking an Implementation Specialist who will be responsible for the implementation, training, and ongoing support of software & application. This person can sit remotely and must be able to travel up to 75% of the time.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the logistics and preparation for implementations, flights, meetings, trainings
Training new u via webinars, in-person "classroom style" meetings, and other online coursework
Ability to manage multiple implementations in various phases at the same time
Maintain strong lines of communication with business throughout all stages of the software implementation to ensure alignment and all business and customer needs are met
Address and resolve any technical issues relating to the software, and properly train staff
Build and maintain healthy relationships with cross-functional business partners
Create best in class product & application support processes
Work with the business to understand and resolve product needs and/or gaps
Pay rate - $28/hr

Required Skills & Experience
Prior experience in implementing veterinary practice management systems is preferred.
Familiarity with veterinary clinic workflows and operations.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously.
Previous experience providing in person, classroom style, training sessions for new u to become familiar with the new software
Background in providing ongoing support of a CRM or similar software, troubleshooting technical issues in relation to new user account creation, or resolving go-live/implementation issues
Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail, can manage projects simultaneously in fast paced environment
Ability to build rapport with general managers, staff, regional managers and other project managers involved in the software implementation
Experience in the animal care industry
Team player with the ability to work independently
Minimum Requirements:
Up to 75% travel
Training experience (virtual and in-person)
2+ years of software implementations
2+ years of remote software support & troubleshooting
